Trammell Crow Co. reports that the company, an importer and wholesaler of high quality home furniture for US retailers, has relocated to the new space from Santa Fe Springs. Michael Foley of Trammell Crow represented Signature, with the team of Foley, Rob Antrobius and Pat Welsh representing building owner Kennedy & Associates of Seattle. Signature's new space includes more than 6,000 sf of office and showrooms, with multiple dock high truck positions.

In another L.A. County industrial deal, Rando Productions, Inc. leased a 28,000-sf building at 11939 Sherman Rd. in North Hollywood from Lainer Investments in a five-year, $1-million transaction. Rando, which manufactures parade floats, was represented by NAI Capital Commercial's Chad Gahr and David Young. The lease is for a new manufacturing facility that is a n expansion and relocation into a single-story, freestanding brick building on an oversized yard that is fenced, gated and secured. The landlord, Lainer Investments, represented itself.
