Janus International, which manufacturers metal building products in Arizona and Georgia, will bring 50 new jobs to the Bayou City. The new manufacturing facility is located at 1256 Brittmore Dr.
"Janus needed to be located on the West Side because that's where their client base is and all of their competitors are in the same area," says Chris Caudill of NAI Houston who represented the company along with Joel Michael and Will Swanson. Tyndall Yapp and Thad Hickman of Grubb & Ellis Inc. represented Brittmore 1256 Ltd.
Caudill tells GlobeSt.com that Janus International, which has manufacturing locations in Arizona and Georgia, looked nearly five months to find a building that fit their criteria, namely the availability of a crane. The Brittmore facility boasts a 10-ton crane.
