The 12-story structure boasts a prominent location in the city's central business district only two blocks from the White House. The Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and Gensler-designed facility is home to the likes of law firm O'Melveny & Myers LLP and unionized insurance and financial services provider Ullico Inc.

In addition to the property's 11,700-sf retail segment--part of which is occupied by a state-of-the-art fitness facility—1625 Eye also features a nine-story atrium and an illuminated 160-ft glass tower. FHFB's will make its home on the third and fourth floors of the building. With FHFB's lease in place, the building has 104,000 sf of remaining available space.
