DALLAS-The locally based Pillar Commercial, now into its second month, has brought an associate director of leasing on board for its core component, leasing and management of the 560,635-sf Landgem portfolio. At the last report, the package had a 62% occupancy.

Marking his second week on the job, Matthew Wieser, who left an associate’s role at CB Richard Ellis Inc. in Dallas, becomes the fourth employee for Pillar Commercial. Wieser’s challenge is to help Manny Ybarra, president of Pillar Commercial, fill the blocks of empty space in a portfolio that consists of One Glen Lakes, 7515 Greenville, 6500 Greenville, Northcreek Place, Bank One @ LBJ and Forest Abrams Place.
