Newly Acquired Office Property To Go Office Condo

ANNANDALE, VA-Change is afoot at the office property at 7535 Little River Turnpike now that a new owner has stepped in and put forth new plans for the 62,500-sf building just off I-495. Atlantic Realty Cos. has purchased the three-story brick structure from 7535 Little River LLC, and will convert it into a professional condominium facility.

Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed; however, according to Fairfax County records, the property has a current assessed value of $6.1 million. Atlantic represented itself in the deal, while Randall Hagner stood in for the seller.
