World Gym has signed on for nearly 10,000 sf at the property and Nationwide Mutual Insurance will set up shop in a 6,000-sf space. Terms of the tenants' lease agreements are not available, but MIE had been marketing space at Quarterfield for about $15 to $18 per sf. Other tenants at the property include the Independent Dialysis Foundation, which occupies 7,200 sf, Long and Foster, Partnership Development Group, and an orthodontics practice housed in a 3,000-sf office.

While the park is 100% occupied at the moment, there is hope for any companies looking to settle down at the business campus. MIE and Grasmick recently broke ground on two additional buildings at Quarterfield--a 61,000-sf office structure and a 7,200-sf restaurant/service building.
