"Solomon Pond Park, the only park on 495 next to a regional mall, always attracts strong tenants due to the level of amenities and superb highway access," says Peabody. The building is a single-story, 59,675-sf property that was constructed in 1987. Lease rates for this deal were not available, but the average asking rent for office space in the area is about $20 per sf.
