Azonix Re-Ups for 22,000 SF

BILLERICA, MA-Azonix renews its lease for 21,798 sf in Building 6 at 900 Middlesex Turnpike. The company, which has been in the building for the past 12 years, uses the space as its corporate headquarters as well as for engineering and assembly purposes.

BILLERICA, MA-Azonix is staying at Building 6 in 900 Middlesex Turnpike. The company, a manufacturer of industrial computers, human machine interface systems, high-precision temperature instrumentation and controls and PC-based distributed control systems, is renewing its lease for 21,798 sf which is uses as its corporate headquarters as well as for engineering and assembly purposes.

Senior vice president Daniel Cordeau of Spaulding & Slye Colliers represented Azonix. Robert Morgan of the Gutierrez Co. negotiated on behalf of the company, which owns the single-story research and development building. Gutierrez is renovating the space to meet the changing needs of Azonix, which has occupied space in the building for the past 12 years.
