First Call Mortgage Co. Takes 29,000 SF in Brickstone Square

ANDOVER, MA-First Call Mortgage Company Inc. relocates its corporate headquarters to 29,191 sf at 100 Brickstone Square. The company, a provider of mortgage loan services, is consolidating its office locations in North Andover and Reading.

ANDOVER, MA-First Call Mortgage Company, Inc. leased 29,191 sf of first-class office space at 100 Brickstone Square. The company, a provider of mortgage loan services, will use the fifth floor space as its new corporate headquarters.

Spaulding & Slye Colliers vice president Matthew J. Daniels negotiated the transaction on behalf of First Call Mortgage. CB Richard Ellis/Whittier Partners vice president W. Hunter Emerson and Urban Commercial senior vice president Peter Dominski represented the building’s owner, Lehman Brothers.
