GlobeSt.com, Flierwire Provide Increased Access to Transaction Info, Other Company News

NEW YORK CITY-A new online platform provides greater exposure to transaction details and public relations efforts squeezed out by editorial considerations. The new service launches today.

NEW YORK CITY-Through an alliance with locally based Flierwire , a web-based fact-distribution service, GlobeSt.com has launched a platform for readers to access more deal information and general company announcements. The platform is designed to provide real estate brokers, REITs, pension and opportunity-fund executives and other institutional and commercial real estate professionals with instant, guaranteed exposure of transaction details and other information to more than 70,000 industry professionals.

The fee-based posting service–designed primarily to provide access to press releases and other materials describing transaction details–is headed by Gerald D. Schein. Schein is a 40-year veteran of the real estate publishing industry who was at the helm of Real Estate Media’s predecessor organization. Under his watch, the firm created several ground-breaking industry publications including Real Estate Forum and Real Estate New York.
