AsiaPac Gains Work With Mohr Partners

SAN JOSE-Mohr Partners, a Dallas-based international corporate real estate services, advisory and consulting firm forms an alliance with locally based real estate and project management company AsiaPac International, which has 20 offices throughout Asia and Latin America.

SAN JOSE-Mohr Partners of Dallas has formed an alliance with locally based AsiaPac International for tenant representation and design and project management services in Asia and Latin America. Mohr Partners is an international corporate real estate services provider. AsiaPac is a full service tenant representation and project management firm with 22 offices in Asia and Latin America.Mohr’s managing partner Tom Wenkstern says the partnership elevates his company’s ability to provide complete tenant representation services for its multi-national clients. “Asia and Latin America are significant growth areas that forward-thinking companies can’t ignore,” says Wenkstern.In 2003, Mohr established a similar alliance in India in 2003 with Arora & Associates. Mohr Partners also has a partnership agreement with Martindale CRE Ltd. for tenant representation services in Europe.
