"Demand for user sales has been strong over the past few quarters and as vacancy rates decline in the Northeast submarket, we are hoping that Peachtree Industrial Park will offer some great close-in alternatives for the 13,000-sf to 25,000-sf buyers," says Nickol Commercial principal Jeff Nickol.

The 91%-leased property at Interstate 285 and Peachtree Industrial Boulevard will be totally renovated after the sale closes in December, Nickol says. David Beak of NAI/Brannen Goddard in Atlanta is handling the transaction.
