ATLANTA-Spotting a niche in the small industrial building sales market, locally based Nickol Commercial and Weaver & Woodbury are buying the 300,000-sf Peachtree Square Industrial Park for an estimated $20 million and plan to sell off the individual buildings at undetermined prices.

“Demand for user sales has been strong over the past few quarters and as vacancy rates decline in the Northeast submarket, we are hoping that Peachtree Industrial Park will offer some great close-in alternatives for the 13,000-sf to 25,000-sf buyers,” says Nickol Commercial principal Jeff Nickol.
