The attendance roster is pushing 400 for the 10th stop this year in the US conference series staged by Real Estate Media Inc., the New York City-headquartered publisher of Real Estate Forum and GlobeSt.com. The 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. event is being staged at the Westin Galleria at 13340 Dallas Parkway.

Jonathan A. Schein, president and CEO of Real Estate Media, will open the conference and then turn over the dais to keynote speaker, Ross Perot Jr., chairman of Hillwood and president and CEO of Perot Systems. Perot will analyze and offer insight to the North Texas market and its economy versus Hillwood's other markets as well as the outlook for the year ahead, locally and nationally.

This year's town hall session, moderated by John Salustri, national online editor for GlobeSt.com, is guaranteed to deliver probing market-specific questions and thought-provoking answers as six company leaders key in on what makes Dallas/Fort Worth tick.The morning spotlight also will shine on Steve Van Amburgh, CEO of Koll Development, who this year takes the "Inside the Mind" hot seat in a one-on-one interview with Michael G. Desiato, Real Estate Media's group managing director. The session, as always, will generate 45 minutes of entertaining personal and professional exchanges filled with opinion and perspective.
