DALLAS-The dynamics of today’s office, industrial and retail markets step into the spotlight tomorrow for the third annual RealShare Dallas, a high-level networking opportunity filled with high-energy presentations from leading deal-makers.

The attendance roster is pushing 400 for the 10th stop this year in the US conference series staged by Real Estate Media Inc., the New York City-headquartered publisher of Real Estate Forum and GlobeSt.com. The 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. event is being staged at the Westin Galleria at 13340 Dallas Parkway.

Jonathan A. Schein, president and CEO of Real Estate Media, will open the conference and then turn over the dais to keynote speaker, Ross Perot Jr., chairman of Hillwood and president and CEO of Perot Systems. Perot will analyze and offer insight to the North Texas market and its economy versus Hillwood’s other markets as well as the outlook for the year ahead, locally and nationally.
