The Center for Strategic & Budgetary Assessments is leasing 5,215 sf on the fourth floor at 104 Mt. Auburn St., a 20,000 sf office in Harvard Square. CSBA, a public policy research institute, relocated from 1033 Massachusetts Ave. John Osten and Peter Bekarian of Spaulding & Slye represented property owner Intercontinental Real Estate Corp.

Daniel Sullivan, Adam Subber, and Chris Crooks of the Cambridge Market Group of Cresa Partners Boston, a corporate real estate advisory firm that specializes in tenant representation, represented the two organizations. Lease rates for these deals were not available, but the average asking rent for office space in the area is about $28 per sf.
