Two Nonprofits Relocate from Mass. Ave.

CAMBRIDGE, MA-Two locally based nonprofit organizations relocated from buildings on Massachusetts Avenue into a total of 11,000-sf of space. The Society for Organizational Learning is leasing 5,642 sf on the fourth floor of 25 First St, a 221,000 sf office building. The society, an action learning community, has relocated from 955 Massachusetts Ave., where it had occupied 3,900 sf. Chuck Kavoogian of CB Richard Ellis represented property owner Davenport Building LP.

The Center for Strategic & Budgetary Assessments is leasing 5,215 sf on the fourth floor at 104 Mt. Auburn St., a 20,000 sf office in Harvard Square. CSBA, a public policy research institute, relocated from 1033 Massachusetts Ave. John Osten and Peter Bekarian of Spaulding & Slye represented property owner Intercontinental Real Estate Corp.
