The two-story, 50-room Baymont Inns & Suites-Ann Arbor is owned and operated by Akram Namou. The hotel, located at 2376 Carpenter Rd., is the brand's 20th hotel in the state. La Quinta says it wants to add about 25 new Baymonts a year.
