Lowell Peabody, senior vice president and Jim Bartholomew, an associate, both of NAI Hunneman Commercial, represented both the property owner, Jonas & Paul LLC and Innovative Marketing Resources. "The tenant found the amount of space they needed in their target location, and the landlord secured a strong tenant," points out Peabody.
The building is a newly constructed 60,000 sf property which features 30 foot clear heights, and an open bay configuration. The building is located near Routes 2 and 2A. Lease rates for this deal were not available but the average asking rent for industrial space in the suburban market is about $6 per sf.
