The building is a newly constructed 60,000 sf property whichfeatures 30 foot clear heights, and an open bay configuration. Thebuilding is located near Routes 2 and 2A. Lease rates for this dealwere not available but the average asking rent for industrial spacein the suburban market is about $6 per sf.
