HT Lyons' Buildings Sell for $48 Per SF

BETHLEHEM, PA-In separate transactions, HT Lyons Inc. sold two modern flex properties on Ruch Road here in East Allen Township for an aggregate of $1.9 million, or an average of just over $48 per sf. Lyons is a national contracting and engineering firm based in Allentown with an additional facility in Scranton.

Locally based Windside Industrial Group acquired the 27,000-sf industrial/office building at 6475 Ruch Rd. Marketing Partners, also based here, purchased the 12,500-sf office/warehouse facility at 6583 Ruch Rd. Frank T. Smith of Summit Management and Realty Co., which is based in Allentown, represented the seller in both transactions.
