Cushman & Wakefield represented property owner, the Cresset Group. The organizations are occupying part of the 7th, the 9th and the 10th floor in the 90,000 sf building.
Nature Conservancy renewed its 7,759-sf lease for five years at 205 Portland St., a 50,000 sf office building in the North Station area of the city. Rick Lowe, James Topper, and Michael O'Leary of Cresa Partners' Boston Market Group represented the tenant in the transaction while property owner, Boston Development Group, represented itself.
