The third largest bank-holding company based in Michigan, Republic Bancorp serves customers through its Republic Bank subsidiary at offices in Michigan, Ohio and Indiana. The bank-holding company is headquartered in Ann Arbor, but executives have offices in ShiawasseeCounty's Caledonia Township. Republic Bank's retail banking operations are based in Lansing.
Chemical Bank is part of Chemical Financial Corp., the fourth largest bank-holding company based in Michigan.
