Burned over 60% of his body, Mosberg was placed in an induced coma for more than eight weeks and has had 11 skin graft surgeries that required 19 units of blood. After months of therapy and support, Mosberg returned to his job as a professional real estate advisor. He has also been a frequent spokesman for Memorial Blood Centers.

As a real estate professional for Suntide Commercial, Mosberg specializes in portfolio enhancement, investment sales, corporate services and tenant representation. In addition to having been immediate past president of the Minnesota Shopping Center Association, which has more than 600 members, Mosberg also served on the Board of the Minnesota Commercial Property Exchange, which has some 20,000 commercial property listings.

The William Hall award is presented to an organization or individual for their exceptional commitment and dedication to increasing the number of blood donors. Past winners include American Express, Target Corp. and Donaldson Corp.
