Tech Firm Writes 15,239-SF Option-to-Buy Deal

TEMPE, AZ-Wireless Acquisition LLC moves from Scottsdale Airpark into a freestanding office/warehouse at 1635 W. 12th Place. The local company signs a five-year lease with an option to purchase after three years.

TEMPE, AZ-Wireless Acquisition LLC has relocated from 8220 E. Gelding Dr. in Scottsdale’s Airpark submarket to 1635 W. 12th Place. The telecommunications technology company has leased a 15,239-sf, freestanding office/warehouse for five years with an option to purchase after three years.

“They were growing and the airpark is very expensive,” says Cami Boyd, a marketing associate with Phoenix-based Ross Brown Partners Inc. who represented the building owner, Phoenix-based Aiello Family Trust. “The airpark is almost double the cost of Tempe.” Boyd tells GlobeSt.com that the lease, which is valued at roughly $500,000, was structured with annual rent escalations.

Boyd worked with Rick Collins and Curtis Brown, also with Ross Brown Partners, on the deal. Wireless Acquisition was represented by Nate Bubeck and Marc Pierce with Lee & Associates Arizona’s Phoenix office.
