NACKA, SWEDEN-Skanska Project Development Sweden is selling Ektorp Centrum, a mixed-use, open-air shopping center with 200,000 sf (18,500 sm) of shops and offices in this city southeast of Stockholm. The contract price is $14.1 million (SEK 93 million).The development has two pieces, Sicklaön 354:1 and Sicklaön 354:2, developed over the course of the past 30 years. The buyer is Celeritas Fastigheter AB, a joint venture of Arvid Svensson Invest and Altira. The price for 354:1 is $4.2 million (SEK 30 million) and $8.9 million (SEK 70 million). Celeritas Fastigheter AB will take possession of the properties in November 2004, at which time payment will be made.Skanska Project Development Sweden focuses primarily on the initiation, development, management and sale of commercial property projects (offices, logistics and volume retail centers). The main emphasis is on Stockholm, Gothenburg and the Öresund region.
