New 80-Unit Condo for 55-Plus Is Under Way

ASHBURN, VA-Development of the luxury Four Seasons Ashburn Village has just gotten under way on Gloucester Parkway. The 80-unit condominium property will be open exclusively to residents 55 years of age and older seeking an “active lifestyle” environment. Developer K. Hovnanian celebrated the ground breaking with an official ceremony attended by future residents, company staff, and members of the Ashburn Village Homeowners Association.

The development will be Hovnanian’s third Four Seasons property in Virginia, joining the Four Seasons at Vint Hill in Warrenton and the Four Seasons at Historic Virginia in Dumfries. “It has been a long-awaited addition to the K. Hovnanian community list,” Roger Riggins, community manager of K. Hovnanian’s Four Seasons at Ashburn Village, says of the new development. “I have no doubt that the Four Seasons at Ashburn Village will meet or exceed the expectations of even the most selective active-adult homebuyer.”
