Meanwhile, Miller Shakman & Hamilton LLP has signed a 15,012-sf lease for space on the 36th floor of the 38-story building. The law firm moves from 208 S. LaSalle St. in April.
Although terms were not disclosed, published asking net lease rates at the building start at $14 per sf. The deals bring occupancy at the 770,191-sf building to 84%.
Prime Group Realty Trust vice president Anita T. Pallardy handled negotiations with both tenants for her company. Newmark & Co. Real Estate managing principal Alain LeCoque represented Performics, acquired in June by New York City-based DoubleClick Inc. Studley senior managing director Lisa T. Davidson represented malpractice specialists Miller Shakman & Hamilton LLP.
