The new tenants are Digiton Packaging, which leased 391,000 sf, and Piston Automotive, which leased 250,000 sf. Digiton Packaging is a Michigan-based provider of packaging services utilizing poly bags, corrugate, cold seal, foam in place, heat seal, decorative cartons and labeling. Piston Automotive specializes in the supply of interior trim and chassis modules built-to-sequence, specialty plastic parts and logistics services for the automotive industry.
Pinnacle consists of one million sf of industrial space. The building was owned and occupied by Ford Motors Parts, serving as a distribution center. The building was acquired in March 2004 by a partnership between General Development and Premier Equities, who were represented by Friedman. Friedman is also exclusively handling the leasing and management of Pinnacle.
