Mount Auburn Hospital Takes 26,000 SF at One Arsenal Marketplace

WATERTOWN, MA-Mount Auburn Hospital of Cambridge leases 26,197 sf of office space here. The space will be used for support functions such as payroll.

Mount Auburn leased the space to accommodate support functions such as payroll. "We realized that we needed to get some additional office space, but not affect patient care," says a spokesperson for Mount Auburn.

Meredith and Grew vice president John E. Butterworth represented Mount Auburn Hospital, and Steven M. Purpura, a partner at Richards Barry Joyce and Partners, repped the landlord Waterpart LLC.
