Scranton-based Cinram Manufacturing Inc., which makes CDs, is another major recipient. With more than $2.1 million in DCED funding, the company will expand to increase its DVD production capacity. With a financial package of just almost $2.5 million, BabyAge Inc. will relocate its infant and juvenile distribution facilities from New Jersey to Hanover, and Graham Packaging Co. will establish a plastic bottle manufacturing plant in nearby Hazleton with a $1.2-million funding package.

Other projects, all receiving less than $1 million, include PPG, which is relocating its chemical business group from Pittsburgh to Monroeville; Thermacore International, which is closing a plant in Mexico and expanding its facility in Manheim in Lancaster County, and Emanuel Tire of Pennsylvania, which is expanding its plant in Plymouth in Montgomery County.
