Occupancy at Bricktown Square was much healthier than at Brickyard Mall before its demise as an enclosed center. Bricktown Square was 80% occupied with a tenant roster that includes Toys 'R' Us, Sportmart, Marshalls, Pier One Imports, Old Country Buffet and Famous Footwear. Brickyard Mall was about 80% vacant before its redevelopment.
