Estate-Planning Company Settles on Westchase

HOUSTON-National Estate Planning relocates its headquarters from Greenway Plaza to Westchase, expanding from 7,500 sf to 10,575 sf at 3100 S. Gessner Rd. It's a seven-year deal.

HOUSTON-After spending the past 17 years in 7,500 sf at 4151 Southwest Fwy., National Estate Planning has signed a seven-year lease for 10,575 sf at 3100 S. Gessner Rd. here. The lease is valued at just over $1million.

The estate-planning company will move from the Greenway Plaza area to its new digs in Westchase in January, says Jay Kyle, a vice president with Colliers International who represented National Estate Planning in the transaction. Kristen Rabel and Steve Rocher of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the building owner, Houston-based BMS Management.
