Meijer Opens New Prototype in Lincoln Park

LINCOLN PARK, MI-The 207,000-sf store, which features a bank, hair salon, photo studio and drive-up pharmacy, is part of a prototype design by the Michigan-based retailer.

LINCOLN PARK, MI-Meijer has opened a new prototype store in this Detroit suburb. The 207,000-sf store features a bank, hair salon, photo studio and drive-up pharmacy.

The store also features a new color scheme, a different system of merchandise display and other upgrades. Grand Rapids-based Meijerhas 163 stores in its chain. About half are in Michigan.
