Normandale Lake Office Park was honored for setting a new standard in suburban office parks by creating the Twin Cities' first "destination" suburban office park. The 1.4-million-sf, four-building, class A park is the largest suburban office campus in the Twin Cities and is home to nearly 90 companies and approximately 5,000 employees. Normandale Lake Office Park amenities include climate-controlled walkways, a lake with paved paths, on-site child care, free fitness centers, four restaurants and extensive service retailers.

TIAA-CREF has owned Normandale Lake Office Park since 1990. United Properties has managed and leased Normandale Lake Office Park for the past 14 years. It also acted as TIAA-CREF's developer on the Park's 8000 Tower, the fourth and final office building that was completed in May 2001.
