Arellano's II, LLC paid nearly $1.2 million for the property at 1180 Industrial Dr., which includes 1.2 acres. Ed Brandt and Phil Rosenberg of Epic/Savage Realty Partners/TCN Worldwide represented Arellano's II, LLC as well as a land trust that owned the property since 1995.

Paul Heath Ltd. paid $500,000 for a 12,000-sf warehouse sold by Lake Havasu, AZ-based T&T Investments. Paul Heath Ltd. has a retail location on the North Side of Chicago. Grubb & Ellis Co. vice president Larry Goldwasser and associate Jay Maher represented T&T Investments, putting the single-tenant property under contract in less than 60 days. Closing followed three months later.
