ARLINGTON, VA-Architecture and engineering firm PageSoutherlandPage has decided to take on nearly 11,200 sf of space at the Hartford, the new 212,000-sf office building at 3101 Wilson Blvd. The company signed a long-term agreement with property owner Akridge, which markets space at the class A facility for $32.50 to $35 per sf. With PageSoutherlandPage’s lease, the Hartford is now 37% leased about one year after its completion.

In addition to the premiere office space, the Hartford also features 15,000 sf of ground-level retail space, as well as a centralized location within close proximity to Interstate 395, Interstate 66 and Route 50. Additionally, the building sits adjacent to a Metro station.
