Desert Troon Plans 180,000 SF of Spec Office

SCOTTSDALE, AZ-Desert Troon Cos. is moving forward with plans to develop two class A office buildings in Perimeter Center. The buildings, Perimeter Parkview Corporate Center and Perimeter Gateway 101, will break ground early next year.

SCOTTSDALE, AZ-Two class A speculative buildings in Perimeter Center are in pre-leasing and will break ground during first quarter 2005.

Desert Troon Cos. will develop and own the two buildings, Perimeter Parkview Corporate Center and Perimeter Gateway 101, while Charles W. Hall III and Peter Menna with Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial LLC will market the properties. “There are already several very good candidates for the space,” Hall tells GlobeSt.com. “No leases have been signed yet, but we are in early negotiations for blocks in both buildings.”

Perimeter Parkview Corporate Center is a 100,000-sf, two-story office building with sub-level parking located along Hartford Drive just east of Perimeter Drive. It is located on an 11-acre site that is suitable for an additional 100,000 sf of development, Hall says.
