Eisenshtadt To Head Michigan CCIM Chapter

DETROIT-Friedman Real Estate office broker Steve Eisenshtadt willlead Michigan's CCIM chapter in 2005.

DETROIT-New officers have been installed for Michigan chapter of the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute. Steve Eisenshtadt, a broker in Friedman Real Estate’s office services division, will be the new president of the Michigan chapter for 2005.

Eisenshtadt has more than 15 years of office sales and leasingexperience and is a licensed attorney. The other officers and directors are as follows: Bob Taylor, vice president; Todd Kamps, past president; Darcie Moss, treasurer; Tim Kwekel, secretary; Matt Farrell, membership; Rob Cohon, education; Irving French, candidate guidance; John Kuiper, public reations; Michael Keenan, technology; and Carrie Wolanin, chapter staff support.
