Too Inc. Grows Justice Chain

NEW ALBANY, OH-The company's main growth vehicle is the lower-priced chain, exec says. Company is also expanding in the Middle East.

NEW ALBANY, OH-Too Inc., a retailer that targets girls between the ages of seven and 14, plans to open 50 to 60 of its Justice stores next year. The locally based company launched the chain, which is cheaper than its flagship Limited Too stores, earlier this year and currently has 33 in operation.

“Our real growth in the future will come from Justice,” said Mike Rayden, the company’s chairman, president and CEO. Justice replaced the retailer’s Mishmash chain, a sportswear concept that it discontinued last year.

Future growth could also come from abroad. Rayden revealed that his company has entered a venture with a Saudi Arabian firm and now has eight stores in the Middle East with plans to open more, Rayden says.
