"Hollander Ridge is a vacant underutilized site that has been on our radar screen to return to productive status," says MJ Brodie, president of the Baltimore Development Corp. "Hollander Rock's proposal represents a great opportunity to breathe life into the property – producing new jobs and taxes for the city."
The estimated cost of the project, which could be as large as 511,500 sf among five buildings, is just over $32 million. Already, Hollander Rock has extracted a commitment from Newburyport, MA-based plastics manufacturer GI Plastek to serve as one of the anchor tenants for the industrial segment of the property.
