BALTIMORE-A development has been chosen to redevelop the 51-acre parcel that was once home to the Hollander Ridge public housing complex. The Baltimore Development Corp. awarded the redevelopment rights to Hollander Rock LLC, which is proposing to build a mixed-use enclave of flex/warehouse, office and retail space at the site.

“Hollander Ridge is a vacant underutilized site that has been on our radar screen to return to productive status,” says MJ Brodie, president of the Baltimore Development Corp. “Hollander Rock’s proposal represents a great opportunity to breathe life into the property – producing new jobs and taxes for the city.”
