As CBRE's VP for industrial properties, Meg Buffington will specialize in the leasing and sale of large industrial properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, according to Robert W. Walters, senior managing director for the company's Greater Philadelphia offices. He says Buffington will be part of CBRE's global logistics group, which serves third-party logistics and user-clients in major markets worldwide.

Prior to joining CBRE, Buffington was a marketing and leasing director at First Industrial Realty Trust in Harrisburg. She will be based in CBRE's Wayne, PA office. Jim Gillis, a former independent insurance agent with experience at The Hartford and GE Capital, also joins the Wayne office as an associate broker for the office market.

Medeiros brings more than 15 years of retail construction and development experience to Kramont. He succeeds James N. Seip, who has worked for Kramont and its predecessor companies for 20 years and will continue to consult on special projects. Medeiros has held posts with Brinker International, Atlantic Foods/Boston Chicken, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell Corp., Amerada Hess Corp. and Bechtel Construction.
