CBRE and Kramont Expand Executive Staffs

PHILADELPHIA-CB Richard Ellis added an industrial market VP and an office-market associate at its Wayne, PA office. Plymouth Meeting-based Kramont Realty Trust hires Pablo J. Medeiros, a retail construction specialist, as VP of development and construction.

As CBRE’s VP for industrial properties, Meg Buffington will specialize in the leasing and sale of large industrial properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, according to Robert W. Walters, senior managing director for the company’s Greater Philadelphia offices. He says Buffington will be part of CBRE’s global logistics group, which serves third-party logistics and user-clients in major markets worldwide.
