SAIC Opens 20,000-SF Lab at Bridgeway Commerce Park

SUFFOLK, VA-Science Applications International Corp. opened the doors of its Joint System-of-Systems Collaborative Environment Laboratory in a 20,000-sf space the 67,500-sf office and R&D building known as Bridgeway Technology Center II. Specific terms of SAIC’s lease agreement with Continental Realty Services Inc., the leasing arm of Bridgeway Technology Center II owner Continental Properties, have not been disclosed. However, Continental markets space in the one-year-old building at $11.95 per sf.

A class A property, Bridgeway Technology Center II sits at off I-664 in the 400-acre Bridgeway Commerce Park, which is also home to the likes of General Dynamics, Mitre Corp. and Sysco. SAIC’s space is highlighted by a 1,900-sf lab that will be used to conduct concept experimentation, testing and training for the US Armed Forces.
