Plaza America I, developed in 1999, sits within the 27-acre mixed-use Plaza America enclave near the Dulles Toll Rd. and Reston Pkwy. AgustaWestland and AgustaWestland Bell will occupy their space at the 10-story facility under a seven-year lease.

Financial terms of the companies' lease agreement with property owner Atlantic Realty Cos. have not been made available. But Marc A. Bassin of Cushman & Wakefield, which handles leasing at the building on behalf of the owner, tells GlobeSt.com that space at Plaza America I is currently being marketed for about $28.50 to $32 per sf. Studley represented the tenant.
