Gunn, who has been with PM Realty Group since 1996, will oversee the property management, leasing and construction management services to a 140-million-sf portfolio valued at more than $12 billion. According to Rick V. Kirk, president & CEO of PM Realty Group, Gunn helped the firm to recruit industry talent and grow the organization. He also led an aggressive expansion of the firm's national leasing portfolio, which grew by more than 30% in the last four years.
Before joining PM Realty Group, Gunn spent several years at Dallas-based Prentiss Properties Trust. He has more than 19 years of experience in leasing, property management, construction, business planning, staff development, business development and client relations.
