PM Realty Promotes Eight-Year Executive

HOUSTON-James Gunn takes on the role of president of property services for PM Realty Group. He will be responsible for overseeing the property management, leasing and construction management services to a 140-million-sf portfolio.

HOUSTON-PM Realty Group has promoted James Gunn to president of property services. Previously, he held the title of executive vice president for the Houston-based company.

Gunn, who has been with PM Realty Group since 1996, will oversee the property management, leasing and construction management services to a 140-million-sf portfolio valued at more than $12 billion. According to Rick V. Kirk, president & CEO of PM Realty Group, Gunn helped the firm to recruit industry talent and grow the organization. He also led an aggressive expansion of the firm’s national leasing portfolio, which grew by more than 30% in the last four years.
