Court will be the vice president of project leasing and will focus exclusively on servicing Crow's North Florida landlord clients. Brad Chrischilles, Crow's senior vice president and Jacksonville director, calls Court's specific landlord representation assignment "rare in this market." Most brokers in this category are tenant reps.

Court has supervised the leasing of a total 5.3 million sf in her career to date. At Parmenter Realty, she oversaw leasing activities at the one-million-sf, Downtown Bank of America Tower. Prior to Parmenter, Court was a leasing manager for the asset services division of Cushman & Wakefield of Florida Inc. in Fort Lauderdale. She also worked for CB Richard Ellis Inc.'s local office where she handled surplus real estate for First Union's 39 Florida properties.
