Market Street, located at the southeast corner of Thompson Peak Parkway, is comprised of 300,000 sf of service retail, boutique retail, dining and entertainment and office space. With the new leases, the 120,000 sf of office space is 100% leased while the 180,000 sf of retail space is 90% filled.

The retail leases range from 1,000 sf to 3,000 sf, according to Kerry Linthicum who handles commercial leasing for Market Street's developer, DMB. The office leases range from 2,500 sf to 15,000 sf, with an average of about 5,000 sf. The new tenants will be opening shops and offices through first quarter 2005.

Linthicum tells GlobeSt.com that the remaining retail space will likely be leased to capacity in the next six months. The space is quoted at $34 per sf, triple net.

New Market Street's retail lineup consists of Cold Stone Creamery, Market Street Lounge, Patsy Grimaldi's Pizzeria, Croll Blue, Facial Furnishings, L'Hermitage Fine Jewelry, Lisa Elaine, Little Angels, Te Luxury Boutique, Treasure Chest and SWEAT by Fitigues.

Inbound office tenants are Affiliated Insurance & Financial Services, All World Travel, Argue Custom Homes, BBG-BBGM, CSE & Associates, DC Ranch Village Health Club & Spa Sales Center, Linthicum, MS Howells & Co., National City Mortgage, Randall Martin Home and Salcito Custom Homes Ltd.
