The Aliso Viejo, CA-based company has signed a long-term lease to expand its operating facility from 5,000 sf to 6,750 sf. It has operated out of 5111 N. Scottsdale Rd. for the past three years.
"We have outgrown our current office," says Gloriana Hunter, director of marketing for Citation. "We are increasing our space by 35% to house our growing head count." The new space, which is adjacent to the existing office, will be ready for move-in by the beginning of January. It will house the sales, marketing and client support center, opening up the existing space as extra room for technology and production departments.
Hunter tells GlobeSt.com that the company chose to pursue an expansion in its current class B building because there was adjacent vacant space. The company worked directly with the building owner, Lamm and Lamar Holdings LLC, a local investment group.
